Warranty...

Shearwater Research warrants the Pursuit computer for 2 years from date of purchase. This warranty covers parts and labour due to faulty materials or workmanship.

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturers guarantee and are covered by the stipulated guarantee period. Consumable products carry a minimum of 3 months guarantee i.e. batteries, 'O' rings. This guarantee specifically excludes faults by accident, neglect and misuse. Routine maintenance, setting up and connection or interface with any third party products other than those manufactured by Narked at 90 or other authorised product are not covered under the manufacturers guarantee.

All goods that develop faults should be reported to us by completing the fault reporting form on the service section of this website and returned to john@narkedat90.co.uk detailing your problem.  If this information is not provided, Narked at 90 will be unable to return your product to you and reserves the right to dispose of your product three months after receipt. It is in your best interests to make a note of your product's serial number and this should be quoted in any communications with us.

All products that are found to be working to the manufacturers specifications will be subject to carriage and inspection surcharges. A detailed breakdown cost can be obtained from us on application.

We advise all customers that if they are packaging the goods for return; Narked at 90 recommend that the original box and packaging material should be used where available, as, should the goods be packaged in a negligent manner, then you will be responsible for the damage that may be sustained during transit.  

Please note that Narked at 90 will endeavour to ensure the safety of your products whilst in its possession. However, whilst every effort will be made to return your product as received, we cannot accept any liability, nor pay any compensation for loss of  dive data stored in the computer's memory. You should retain any dive logs before sending in your computer for repair. Further, any customer specific settings or memory may be lost during the course of repair
